Zero-dose Children & Nutrition-Service Gaps
Working side by side with the lead analyst, I iterated the visuals to complement the data story as it took shape. Drawing on more than 560,000 children across 55 countries, each round of charts helped convey a key message from the analysis and, at times, sharpened the next question, sending us back to the data for a fresh look.
Reaching zero-dose children is a central equity goal of global immunization. The paper highlights how immunization platforms offer an opportunity to reach children who may also be missing essential nutrition services, and offers a reminder that reaching every child will require stronger connections between immunization, nutrition and primary health care.

Ideation and iteration ran alongside the analysis, shaping next steps and highlighting promising results. Subject matter experts reviewed conceptual ideas and the rationale behind their visual messaging, and selected concepts were developed for publication.
