Improving clarity and response rates of the eJRF Integrated Services Module
The eJRF Integrated Services Module asks countries to identify which of 9 service interventions are jointly scheduled during routine vaccination contacts for infants and for children in the second year of life. These charts highlight the correlation between the number and types of services offered to both age groups and support data tables in the report, which pointed towards similar responses for the two groups.
The results prompted discussions about the usefulness of asking countries to identify which services were provided for each group separately. Consideration is being given to restructuring the survey to decrease the reporting burden on countries (e.g., asking about a single pooled group, or one of the groups, or auto-populating response fields for the one group based on reports for the other).
